Due to the global crisis related to the corona virus we are experiencing, and the difficulty of traveling between countries for those who love tourism and exploring cultures.

In partnership with a group of Moroccan traditional craftsmen, we decided to providea service "Pick your Souvenir", a service that aims to bring the Moroccan product(Leather Bags,Argan oil,Lanterns,Rugs and carpets,Bread baskets,Market bags,Babouche,Djellabas,Tea pot with Colored cups,Artisanal Soaps,Ras El Hanout)closer to its fans around the world and also Revive the traditional industry in Marrakech,which is suffering from the repercussions of the crisis.

In the near future, we will start displaying traditional Moroccan products You Can only buy in marrakech , and also receiving special requests that allow the customer to order distinctive Moroccan products of his choice.

Every Friday we will display a traditional Moroccan product from Marrakech at the same
market price plus shipping charges.

As for the methods of purchase and payment, they will be available on the web site.
Regard to special requests, you must contact us via e-mail kechluxuryconcierge@gmail.com with a detailed explanation of the desired moroccan product ,we will reply you withing 48 hours with a message including the price, method of payment and shipping details.

For the return of the product and the refund, this shall be done within a period
not exceeding 30 days if the product does not match what the customer requested or
if it is damaged or broken.
